With 5 years under my belt of being a fitness professional as well as almost 8 years of training experience, I have transitioned this passion into my business and let my clients do the talking for me.
With transformations, strength gains as well as helping people reach their more generic fitness goals as well as more specific requirements for clients, it is safe to say I have dealt with a vast array of clientele. With this experience I can help YOU reach your goals and make your dream vision come a reality.
With sport hobbies and professionalism, along side competing in Men's Physique competitions, I am not shy of long term commitments and want to portray my knowledge in these areas as well as other various areas into you and help you understand your own body and why we do things in a certain way and then in time... its benefits.

GPO Strength Programmes
What is "GPO"? - GPO is a training style specifically designed to help you reach your maximum potential in main compound lifts by using various techniques of gradual progressive overload as well as incorporating hypertrophy training methods to see progression in both strength gains and muscle fibre growth.
Tested on multiple individuals of all aspects of life, ages, genders, and current physical capabilities, all of which have seen progression in their training sessions in not just their compound lifts of squat, bench press and deadlift ,but in their other lifts and exercises included in the programme's weekly splits.
With 3 different weekly splits to choose from based on your current training schedule and availability, all of which include varied training styles to suit that specific weekly split to see the best results for you.
All 3 splits offer a detailed and tailored strength and hypertrophy programme with the best possible exercises in order to aid performance in the main lifts and all of which include an integrated 1RM calculator and % table - making the programme easy to follow, all in one place, and most importantly, effective.
